RETURNS & REFUNDS

We stand behind every Volux product with a 30-day money-back guarantee.

RETURNS
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Items must be in their original condition and packaging.

If your order included free shipping, the original shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. You are also responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

To initiate a return, email support@voluxco.com with your order number and reason for return.

REFUNDS
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 5 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow an additional 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or payment provider.

EXCHANGES
We are happy to exchange your product for a different item. Contact support@voluxco.com and we will arrange the exchange at no additional shipping cost.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
If your Volux product arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@voluxco.com with photos of the issue. We will send a free replacement immediately — no return required.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If you have not received your refund after 10 business days, please check with your bank first, then contact us at support@voluxco.com.
